GDPR Notice

This notice explains how Blue Strategy & Creative Intl. ("Blue") complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the UK GDPR for individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Data controller

Blue Strategy & Creative Intl. acts as the data controller for personal information collected through our websites and direct services. When we process data on behalf of a client (for example, content stored in a client workspace), we act as a data processor under that client's instructions.

Lawful bases for processing

  • Contract — to provide the services you sign up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure our services, prevent fraud, and improve product quality.
  • Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

  • Workspace content you create or upload.
  • Technical data (IP address, device, browser, log data).
  • Usage and analytics data.

Your rights under the GDPR

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — including objection to direct marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — with your national supervisory authority.

International data transfers

Our infrastructure is operated in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

We use a limited set of essential cookies to operate the service, and optional analytics cookies that you can accept or reject via our cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time through your browser settings.
